There may be a a way to make river song's hallucinogenic lipstick!?!?
Yes, you heard me right, there is a mushroom named Psilocybe Hollandia. It induces hallucinations. "So?", you may ask, "How could you make river's lipstick?". Well, if you put it in a lipstick, well, you know what happens from. Of course, you would have to figure out how NOT to have it affect the wearer. What do you think?

Could, maybe, a wax or some sort of jell or lotion act as that? You know how when a person gets a spray tan or paints their nails, they always recommend using lotion or Vaseline to protect your nails and hands, in the case of a spray tan, and Vaseline so the nail polish will just rub off your hands when its dry. Of course, you'd have to contain the urge to lick your lips...Maybe it could be something that is potent but only lasts on your lips for 30 seconds to a minute, but knocks them out for hours?
